I managed to wake up at 9am! Surprisingly. Reason for waking up this early, was to go to Godma's house to do the pineapple tarts for CNY. It's a yearly affair. And every year, she will say "next year don't want make already" (cause so much work, and effort. And manpower getting lesser every year!) But in the end, we've been doing it every year. Since I was a little girl.

I drove to pick Mama up with Mommy. And to Godma's place. Cheryl joined us later as she had driving lesson.

We started at 11. And did all the way till 7pm!

And yes, you should have noticed by now, Cheryl cut her hair!

Last night, she asked every one at home for opinion. And was so desperate... she asked who was I talking to online (no one, just on the com). "Eh!! Why you not talking to Yuling. Faster talk to her and ask her!"





Some time back, I had thoughts of cutting my hair short too! But every time I mention it to ANY ONE, he/she will give me a big fat NO. And so... I've gave up.

That's me with short hair, if you can't imagine. And FYI, the last time I had short hair was in primary school.

This pic taken in 1997 (Primary 3), when we visited Hong Kong. I think that was the last time I had short hair, cause I rmb tying different hairstyles to school on P4 and P5.

I was upset cause I couldn't find my small minnie mouse key chain. And Cheryl held up my phone and said, "Take some thing from here lah! You hang so many things, so noisy. You think pasar malam uh."

You'll be surprised how much our relationship advanced in the recent years. It's like we're "sisters" ever since sec school, but we were never this close. One day last year, we started talking... and we talk online every night. I talk to her online, more than talking to my bf. And suddenly we meet at least once every week. And still, we can talk non stop. Some times, I wished I had a brain like hers.

She's like my boyfriend!

I think I'm scaring her. She fears nothing but another girl falling for her.


Time for bed! Got to get up at 9am =( Been ultra long since I got up this early.

300110 - Dinner with Mama and Mommy and Kor at Long House. End day.

I woke up 10 mins ago. I thought I slept too much. But every one else at home is still sleeping!


PS I slept at 5 last night.

300110 - Drove Cheryl to school.

And was tempted to call Yuling to see if she's in school. But I changed my mind cause -
1.Hair and make up not done
- was in a hurry to leave home else Cheryl will be late for class.
2.Bf might be unhappy if I meet him too late
- cause today's his off day. And I didn't meet him on his off days for 2 weeks already/since he start work.

And therefore, went straight to BF house instead. Bought tickets online, and we drove to vivo.

We parked at the Seah Im carpark instead. Since parking at Vivo will cause a bomb. We were waiting for a lot, and this (cute) guy gave us his parking coupon.

$4 for whole day parking, which means we can park for as along as we like! =)



Had Pizza Hut.



Caught Hachiko: A Dog's Story after lunch. And I found myself crying after Richard Gere passed away. But I don't know why. =( The doggies soooo cute.... still, I prefer cats.





Loots from Daiso. Mittens will come in handy when I'm baking Kueh Lapis next week. Little pouch so that I can throw all my rubbish little things in there, and stop loosing my stuff when I change bags. And bedroom slippers to replace my old (dirty) one.



Dinner at Mac. Went back to his house. And by the time I reached home, it was 1+am. And I've been doing work till now.

Kor drove to picked Mommy. Dinner at Bugis, again. Cheryl and her friend, Jiening came. Sent parents. Sent Jiening. Home.

Managed to do some work at home this afternoon. Compiled the stock I have on hand.
And CNY sales now on. Hope to clear the stocks. I'm running low on space, and cash.

I've pass the age of I-want-I-throw-a-tantrum-I-get-it. And so, how am I getting my hands on it, I don't know.



"Love at first sight", alright. After research, I'm having second thoughts. Maybe it's infatuation. But i think it's time to change my phone. I've been using my F480 for 14 months already. But I'll still want to keep it, cause I'll have problems using the keypad if I have nail extensions on. Hehe.

I wanted a phone with Wifi, but they don't have any in pink. But screw Wifi, since I've survived 21 years without that. And I've a camera, so I don't need a phone with ultra good camera. I won't have time for the mind blowing applications on a iPhone. So, I concluded that simplicity is bliss.

260110 - Home. Dinner w family at Beo Crescent, it's near Zion Road. We had Teochew porriage. $29.50 for 4 of us. Till now, all three of them are still complaining that it's expensive. All cause Daddy ordered pig leg thingy ($8). And the other dishes are about $2-3 each. But they have delicious hei bi hiam... my fav ♥♥♥

After that, parents went out. While me and Kor went AMK to catch a movie. Last minute decision, as usual. We watched Law Abiding Citizen. And it's quite interesting. I'll keep comments to myself. It's not bad. The ending's unexpected. =)

I'm feeling damn KNS now. I woke up with a runny nose.

01:11 Shit. I'm going to die. I'm going to bed now. Blog tmr. I think I need sleep w a plastic bag beside me. Feel like puking. =(

Met up with Yuling and Shuqin at Bugis. Tiff joined us for lunch at Seafood Harvest. Funny how I managed to be on the same frequency as Yuling.

Yuling gave SQ a packet of sugar, saying that she's not sweet enough. And I gave yuling a bottle of chilli sauce. And then, there's Charlie. Yuling asked SQ to ask him about the chocolate factory.

We managed to catch each others jokes.

We went to Bugis street again. Our mission this time was to get CNY clothing for Yuling. And I think we did a good job! Yuling's surprised by our ability to find our way around that "maze". And Sq called me "chel chel" like it's been years since I last heard that. V.funny.

After spending about 2 hours there, we were hot, and tired. And decided to go for a drink at J.Co.

Shuqin's happy cause she didn't buy anything. And me, I bought a pair of nude colored flats for only $15.90.

She was suppose to go home for dinner. But she can't bear to leave us (I assume). And we chatted at J.Co from 6pm till 9! $2/person for each hour. I think it's money well spent. And OMG, we can talk non stop. I think I enjoy meeting up with them more than meeting bf. =X But obviously I won't tell him. Hehehe. And after so many years, we finally talk about the incident at the car park.

We trained back to Tpy for dinner, at a coffee shop. And bused home. And the stupid bus kept jerking. I almost died in there. =( Hate taking the bus.

Shoes never fail to make my day. Can't decide which shoes to get as I'm sending in the FM shoe spree order tmr night. Finally decided on these, for the time being.

Picked Cheryl up after her driving lessons. Lunched with Mommy and cheryl at Manhattan Fish Market at J8. Not much chances to eat there, or at Fish & co, cause bf and Yuling don't like seafood.







Was at home all day, watching Ch 8's 想握你的手. And we went out for dinner. The whole family had to have wanton mee (WTM), just because Cheryl's got craving for that! And if we don't eat some where with WTM, Cheryl will not join us. And Daddy had to suggest FeiFei WTM at Joo Chiat. The whole coffee shop only sells WTM.

The architectural of the buildings at Joo Chiat are so pretty. Well, it's like the old-school Peranakan building.

Collected the flowers and longevity buns at Lor 2. Lunch at tpy central w parents. Washed the car with Cheryl. Rushed to get ready. Collected the cake. And we finally arrived at Yum Cha at Serangoon Gardens.

Mommy just told me that...
2nd Grandma in the pic, and the last 2 ppl in the pic, are actually real siblings (from the 3rd wife).
My Grandfather, whom passed away before I appear, is their step brother (2nd wife).
And Changi Mama (3rd in pic) is their eldest sister's husband's (both passed away) 2nd wife. It's quite surprising cause they're quite close.



This white haired Grandma asked if I rmb her. Apparently, Mama used to bring me over to her place when I was a little girl. Mama looked after me when I was little, btw. Daddy would send me to her place, and pick me up after work.
