Like meeting them for the whole Saturday evening, and Sunday morning is not enough, we met up for lunch again today. Shuqin and Dear Yuling. We had KFC.

I just came home. And Kor said,"eh you're back. I thought I'm home alone."
I asked if Cheryl's back, and he replied,"She went out with Daddy."
He looked at me and we both burst out laughing. Daddy and Cheryl is a weird combination!
Actually, they went to the doc together. Cheryl wasn't feeling well over the weekend, and Daddy's got red eyes.

070210 - Surprisingly, I managed to drag myself out of bed at 8.30am. Took a bus to the stadium to meet Sq and Yuk for a run.

Unbelievable? Ya. I think so too. Sq forced me! She didn't gave me much choice... "See you tmr! 9.30 at the stadium bus stop." she said as she bid good bye the night before.

I wore Cheryl's NP tshirt. Hehe. Their slogan "That something extra" Yuling says that's me =(

We had lunch at Delifrance. And home from there. Washed up, watched show online.
And went Lor 5 for dinner with family at night. And then to NTUC to get the ingredients for the kueh lapis.
Sent parents to the pub, and picked Cheryl from mac. And then home.

And Cheryl and I started baking at 11pm. I totally didn't expect to take such a long time. By the time we went to bed, it was 6am =X

For the previous years, I've been baking at Godma and ee's house. With their help and guidance. This was my first time baking the kueh lapis ~~alone~~ without them, and at home. My Kenwood was too small. And my oven (or the temperature given on the recipe) screw up.

The guard doing a good job of keeping the white in the bowl =) Without it, it will overflow and make an ultra big mess.

Matchy mittens, apron and bedroom slippers. Hahah. And I don't know why am I so red.

I reckon there was something wrong with the temperature. It took so long to do each layer that we pulled the chairs in to the kitchen to wait.

See the ultra big pile of stuff on my left. It's supposed to be for the snacks, but I conquered it with all my little things. Every time I'm in a hurry to leave home, I'll left it there (first) and now....

After awhile, we got bored, and started a "drawing competition".
