Kor and I went to pick Mama up, and then down town to pick Mommy. And had dinner at Bugis. Mommy wanted bring Mama to the Marina Barrage. On the way there, I saw the Hong Bao river thingy and got excited because I wanted to go there last night, but I didn't know it was at The Float @ Marina Bay. Yah, I'm a mountain turtle. =(

The theme of River Hongbao 2010 will be 推“成”促“新”迎虎年which means “Welcoming the Year of the Tiger through promotion of Chengdu to enhance the offering of River Hongbao in Singapore and promote close ties and collaboration between Singapore and Chengdu City“ in Chinese.We went to Chengdu in 2007. And I saw the 三大炮 on the news the other day. V.interesting!! And yummy!

Should get back to topic, cause I'm tempted to post all the pic. Pity I didn't blog about this trip. Memories are blurred by now. =( In fact, I miss China. It's a pity that we'll probably not go back there. Should we be planning to go on a holiday, we'll go to another part of China, or another part of the world even. Chances are we won't go back the same place. =( World's so big.
So we decided to go to the Hong Bao River instead. There was a massive jam - people and cars. We drop Mommy and Mama, and went to park the car at Suntec. We walked towards The Float, but found they sitting at the bus stop instead.

Mama's too tired to continue. Kor and I decided to walk on to see how far is it. Turns out the crowd was because of the Chingy Gay. We gave up half way, cause we didnt want them to wait too long.
On the way back, a group of girls shouted "CHU XI" to get the attention of a girl in front. Kor turned to me and whispered "It's Chu 6 already!" =X
Hungry already. Gonna eat the durian Mommy bought.
ps Kind of miss Cheryl. Haven't seen her for days =(
