I baked kueh lapis again!! And this batch is sooooo much better than the previous. Looks better (from the outside)... couldn't see the inside, and couldn't taste it as I'm giving both the cakes away! Both to my aunties... One for Mak Mak (my paternal aunt), and another for EE (my maternal aunt). I hope its goooood! =X

1. Went to Godma's house at amk to collect the vegetarian dish she made for us and EE.
2. Dinner at amk central. Had wanton meeeeeeee again. Kor likes that stall.
3. Dropped Cheryl at AMK mac for her overnight studying session.
4. Went to collect bf and cheryl's iphone/itouch covers. The seller's house at AMK as well.
5. Ee's house at Hougang. Drop off the kueh lapis, and Godma's dish. And collected Itek Tim (Peranakan dish)
6. Picked parents up at Serangoon Garden

Busy busy right!!! Thankfully it was Kor who was driving. Hehehe.

Probably the last time I baking the kueh lapis. I loooove it!! And I know others who likes it (like Yuling) But I'm so sorry I can't bake for you that!! Thank God I didnt promise any one this. Imagine mixing and beating for 1+ hr. And then sitting in front of the oven for 2 hours. =( No wonder they charge so much for it.
