*Shit. I have troubles typing again!*
Eekk. We didn't win anything. Ultra sad can. After all the hard work and practice! =(
And for once, I'll take back the line "Don't use that word on me, my things where got ugly one!"
=( I'm going to use that word on myself! Haven't had a good sleep for the longest time.
Saturday night, I slept for less than 2 hr.
Sunday and Monday, we slept at 2+am, and woke up at 7.50am.
And last night, we slept at 5am, and woke up at 7.30!
Anw, on Sunday, met Nicole and Inessa at Novena at 7.30am. And reached KL at around lunch time. Cabbed to Pink room (at mid valley). Had lunch, and soon, started practice. (No pics)
Monday - Had buffet breakfast at the hotel. And then walked an ultra long road to Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC). Helped out at the booth. Realized I didn't do much talking because ppl there speak Mandarin or Cantonese, which I suck at/ know nuts about it. =X Senior Educator Joe did a gel design sculpture (actually I don't know what it's called) for me! So I was the walking sample. Hehee... That's what I like to do la, stand around and look pretty.
Same thing on Tuesday... And Cheryl arrived with Principal Rachel and Japanese teacher Yoko.
And Joe did another gel sculpture and a pink acrylic one (TOP FAV! ♥). Ahahaha... some lucky pple managed to get Joe to do demo(nstration) for them at the booth.
Toilet break... Got Cheryl = got pictures....!
At the booth, after closing time.
That's the principal, she's like a superwoman. Achieved so much at a young age. =)
And the other one is Louis. He wanted bring me go clubbing in KL... haha.
And Inessa.... By the end of the day, she became 'good friends' with Cheryl!
At 3+am! Night before the competition. Was ultra hungry as we only had Rotiboy for dinner. And by that time, it was raining! And we were stranded with no cab. All of us were so tired, we decided to just sit on the floor while waiting.
By the time we were ready for bed, it was already 5am! Wednesday, after breakfast, we walked to PWTC. Had to register for the competition by 9.30am.
Last minute touch up at the booth.
Me and Nicole. And Yumi and her model at the back.
Yumi and her model, and Inessa's model...
The competition was super scary! Lack of sleep + cold + stress + everything else... Both Nicole and my hands were shaking through out the whole 75 minutes! =( In the end, we didn't win. Sad can!! Feel a bit bad for not being able to help much during the competition. Aiya. Over already. Hope Nicole cheered up by now. She was really upset during/after the competition.
After judging...
The judges are 'hidden' behind the board.
Cheryl's acrylic...
Mine, after shortening...
Cabbed to the bus place from PWTC. Had lunch/dinner at the Indian stall nearby.
Just realized that there's no pictures of Sabrina and Stephan. Anw, have to thank all of them for taking such good care of me =D heehe... it was a great experience nonetheless. I would loved to stay on till tmr. BUT I've been away for 4 days = a lot of pending mails! And I scared too long never reply to kor's customers, they will leave us a negative feedback, then I DIE! I have 41 new mails (but maybe a third are adv).

Hahaha... And Cheryl told me that she wants to take the nail course. But she don't want to be in the same class as me! She scared that I'll do better than her. But then again, $$$ leh??!! And the thought of going back to school, and homework, and exams scares me! Maybe that's why I'm procrastinating...
Oh ya!! I took a snap shot of the article in 姐妹magazine, with my nails =)
And I just went to Pink Room's blog and saw this!!!
Latest Design Sculpture Design by our Chief Educator, Joe Chua, for our next issue on 姐妹magazine. I thought that it's cool to do a Bridal French Twist look for that issue. The model's nails are extended using an acrylic powder & liquid system. Instead of the normal white french manicured tips, we used pink & white to create the curve designs which are all focused on the front tips of the nails. This enabled her fingers to look more slender and skinny, which is what we need for our photo-shoot.
(Product sponsored by Charisma Innovations Nail Systems)
Really love our dear dear model(Little Missy Chelsea), she's one of the most co-operative person that we've ever done nails for... No complains and totally co-operative to our request during the photo shoots. Very sweet gal... she runs her own shopping spree. I'll post her pix & link soon. Anyway, for now... enjoy the pix!
And congrats to me for putting on a KG! ='(
