Ohoh. I just open the fridge and all the fruit tarts are GONE! Someone might kill me as I promised to keep some for him.

The sponge cake part is optional. I didn't put for mine. The small tartlet is #119 i think. Can't rmb. Most ingredients can be found at Phoon Huat. There's one at Toa payoh's old NTUC. The mould can be bought there too. Walk in turn right at the first shelf, can see the moulds already =) And they have the paper cups, and containers at the 2nd row middle shelf.

Oh ya. I'm using a small hand held beater. So you don't have to worry if you are using that too.
When mixing the butter and sugar, start at LOW speed as the sugar and butter will 'fly'. Until it's well mixed, then you increase the speed. And don't mix too long as the butter will melt. And add the flour bit by bit. Might not have to add all the flour else the dough will be too dry. Probably have to use your hands at this point as the small mixer is not powerful enough. But don't play with the dough for too long as the butter will melt!

And be careful when you're baking the tart as once it's cooked, it'll turn brown very fast! And when it's too brown (chow ta), it'll taste bitter and hard! So be careful! It should take 10-15 minutes.

Anything can tag or sms me.

Have fun!!!

I'm going to wake daddy up for lunch now. Haven't eat with him for 3 days already.
