When I got to the clinic, to my horror, I needed a guardian as I was under 21. I called Mommy who was shopping at Robinson. Read Her World while waited for Mommy. Talked to the doc. Who briefed us on the pros of the jab (Cervarix). It's to protect us against the four commonest types of the human papillomavirus (HPV). And sexually active girls are advised to take the Pap smear test every 3 months. And also, not get pregnant within the next few months after taking the jab as they don't know if there's any side effects......... My dear girlfriends, guess it'll be a good idea for you to take the jabs too!
The nurse gave me the jab. And it took less than a minute =) I'm such a brave girl! It's really not as painful as I expected it to be. Waited for Cheryl to come. See the doc, and he advised to take the jab at a later date due to the itch. When I told the doc that Cheryl's scared. He said that in the Primary school, the students didn't even have their parents with them. The teacher just line them up, and jab everyone. Sounds very funny.
After everything, we took a bus to Cathay to collect Cheryl's phone. She got rather upset as there were scratches on her phone (motorola). And when she confronted the girl, she said that it's not caused by them. Which obviously is a bloody lie! But I guess no point arguing.
Cheryl treated us to early dinner at Aston. It's about $10 per person. And the food is not bad.
Walked around PS. Visited Daiso and bought a hell lot of stuff. Spent a total of $32.
Boxes, nail clipper, card holder, toothbrush, measuring cup, pencil box......
Had desserts at Swensen's.

So tired! Apart from the sore in my arm. My legs are aching from walking the whole day in my 3inch heels.
The doc said that I might feel little little sick the next few days due to the jab. But it's very very mild.
